HIRING: The Southeast Tennessee Young Farmers Coalition

National Young Farmers Coalition is hiring a new Southeast Tennessee Chapter Coordinator

Terms: Part-time: average of 18 hours a week, flex schedule, temporary through December 2024, independent contractor, work from home with some in-person events in the southeast Tennessee region. $20.00/hr. Start date of mid-December 2023 - mid-January 2024. Preference given for candidates based in Chattanooga area.

General Overview:

The Southeast Tennessee Young Farmers Coalition (SeTNYF), a chapter of the National Young Farmers Coalition, is growing the next generation of farmers through community-building, resource and knowledge sharing, and advocacy. We are a fiscally sponsored non-profit organization and this position is funded mostly through grants. 

A part-time coordinator will work with our board, members, interns, and partner organizations to continue building a support network and advocating for young, beginning, and BIPOC farmers in the region.
